Juan Clavin, MBA
Executive Director
Juan has embarked on various projects during his professional career as a founder and director. He worked in important consulting firms starting as a market analyst and specialist in economic-financial information and eventually becoming Project Director. Having found his path and vocation, in 2006 he decided to become independent by founding PRISMAS together with Fabricio, with whom he had worked on more than one occasion.
He has a degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master in Business Administration (MBA), received with a «Magna Cum Laude» diploma of honour from ESEADE. Juan continues to constantly update himself with innovation and entrepreneurship courses and accompanies young entrepreneurs as a lecturer at the ESEADE MBA.
Fabricio Terzano
Project Director
Fabricio has more than 20 years of experience in information collection, analysis, and systematisation projects in complex markets. He specialises in the generation and presentation of conclusions aimed at supporting decision-making of various kinds in corporate and business spheres in general.
He has carried out business consulting projects, market dimensioning studies and competitive analysis, and reports based on systemic sector monitoring.
He has a degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires and is about to become a Master in International Economic Relations.
Raúl Angel Rodríguez
Director of Excellence in Corporate Governance
Raúl has thirty years of experience and achievements in the oil, gas, and energy industry, having held managerial and executive positions in various companies and throughout the industry’s value chain, leading transformation projects, business creation, and transversal management improvements (Management and Directories). He is a benchmark in the industry and in the Argentine market, as a Professional Director of Companies and Technical and Academic Expert. He is currently a Director on the Boards of 14 companies.
He joined the PRISMAS team in 2021 to offer complementary services of Excellence in Corporate Governance to companies of different profiles, sizes, and industries.
He is an Industrial Engineer who graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and has a Master’s in Economics and Business Administration from ESEADE.
Dermot O’Reilly
Allied Partner in Ireland
Dermot joined the team in 2018 as a strategic ally and since then has collaborated with PRISMAS in the development of joint projects between Argentina and Ireland.
As a consultant in Ireland, he works in the areas of Design Thinking, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Lean Management, and Social Enterprise. During his eight years of experience as an independent consultant, he has helped hundreds of companies in a wide variety of industries and of an infinite variety of sizes and functions throughout the Irish territory.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Business in Marketing and a Higher Diploma in Design Thinking and Innovation from Waterford Institute of Technology. He also holds a Post Graduate Certificate from University College Dublin in Innovation, Enterprise, and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelors Degree in Applied Economics with History from Kingston University, London.
